Production Time Abaya tailoring takes between one to two weeks, and Fridays and Saturdays are not counted as working days.
Product Quality Hand embroidery may cause minor differences in stitching without affecting the overall quality, and loose threads are normal and can be trimmed with scissors.
Colors & Sizes Photos may not accurately reflect the true color, sizes may vary slightly between designs, and the logo placement or color may change depending on the design.
Abaya Care We recommend following the appropriate washing instructions based on the fabric type, or taking the abaya to a specialized laundry.
Orders & Pricing The customer is fully responsible for their choice of color, size, and design. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you immediately and reserve the right to cancel the order, with a full refund issued once the products are returned.
Add-ons Abayas do not include any additions beyond what is displayed, and we cannot commit to providing items that are not available.
